Why our HR colleagues Felix and Manfred wear lederhosen despite icy Northern German winds while recruiting new employees in Northern Germany? Very simple: Because they want to carry our WITRON home spirit from Parkstein to our locations outside the Upper Palatinate.
After intensive organization with the OnSite colleagues Eric and Mathias, the two traveled to Henstedt-Ulzburg for an application day to recruit new staff for the new central warehouse. Special about that is: The project was also a joint project with representatives of our customer REWE on site.
POWER for Henstedt-Ulzburg: Ramp-up in summer 2022
At the moment, there is a lot going on at the construction site anyway. The ramp-up is scheduled for August 2022, which means that a lot of work is expected. The applicant information stands of WITRON and REWE were even more popular.
“110 candidates visited us,” Felix proudly sums up. A good dozen of applicants took their chance directly: In addition to some appointments for interviews, our recruiters have hired real (lucky) matches even on the spot.
After this success, the teams are planning another joint application day. We will announce the specific date as soon as it has been fixed.
