From the Young Talents Workshop directly to the conclusion of an apprenticeship contract! Getting an authentic insight into the future working day convinced our apprentices Lena, Paul, and Biagio.
“In the initial training, we learned simplified basics in the C# programming language and immediately applied the knowledge by programming a button. “It was explained to us that we are able to program warehouse systems for WITRON later and also get to know other programming languages such as Java and C++. This outlook caught me immediately,” says Paul, a prospective IT specialist.
“Before the Young Talents Workshop, I had no idea about programming. It was awesome to learn the basics here.”
Practical & informative
Depending on your own preference, our workshops focus on topics such as IT, application development, electromechanics, and metal construction. In our workshop, for example, mechatronics apprentice Biagio enjoyed reading plans and wiring.
What he appreciates most about the workshop? The “learning by doing” motto. That’s why the program was exciting and very informative for him, so the decision regarding his apprenticeship was quickly made: He was into it and had the contract quickly in his pocket.
“We got straight into the practical side of things and were allowed to lend a hand ourselves,” Lena also tells enthusiastically.
What we are excited about? This year, our Young Talents Workshops will finally take place again during the Easter and Whitsun vacation.
