It is an essential part of our corporate philosophy to train the next generation of skilled workers ourselves as far as possible. This year, we are once again setting new records in this topic!
In September, 110 new young men and women started their careers with us. In total, we employ 337 trainees in 18 different professions at our headquarters in Parkstein, including eight international trainees from five different countries (USA, Australia, India, France and Morocco).
Many career opportunities
“In order to get to know the country and its people as quickly as possible, the international trainees take part in German lessons and spend their first weeks with a host family,” explains Ann-Katrin Weißenburger, responsible for training in the HR department. “At vocational school, they are supported by a German-speaking mentor.”
After completing the apprenticeship, we offer plenty of career opportunities in Germany and abroad. “Anyone who shows commitment and passion can make a career at WITRON.”
