What do wives, wine, and tools have to do with the French team leader meeting? Those terms were mostly named after the participants had been asked what they would take with them onto a desert island. What else do these terms tell us? Also in the international environment, our colleagues are family persons and gourmets and have a hands-on mentality.
Despite the meeting being remote, the atmosphere was excellent! The meeting had originally been planned live in the Parkstein headquarters in order to facilitate a personal exchange after almost two years, however, due to Covid, this was not an option. However, we’ve meanwhile become experts in digital meetings and are a strong team even with remote events!
